Reviews and Ratings
I felt lucky to book this hotel in Chicago because the location is just amazing. It offers all that downtown Chicago has to offer and was ideal for my weekend getaway. The rooms, although on the smaller end, were stylish and very comfortable, making it a perfect choice for our group of five. The service exceeded my expectations with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our short weekend was special. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired, the breakfast options were limited, even though the rest was impressive. If you're looking for a place right in the heart of all the action, this hotel should definitely be on your list.
My stay at the hotel was quite nice overall. The rooms were roomy, adorned with many personal conveniences, and kept nice, simple, and clean. However, it would be better if they were cleaned and refurbished more often, with bottles of water and coffee capsules provided daily or at least every two days.
The hotel provided a great base for our group of 5 travelers with separate rooms. The rooms were nice, featuring automated windows control. The service was attentive, and the hotel's location is excellent for shopping and exploring Chicago. The dining experience offered a lovely view from the 7th-floor restaurant. However, the hotel lacks some minor amenities and had a small mishap with a car accident nearby.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with exceptionally clean rooms offering bottled water and towels. It was the perfect home base for our group of 5 travelers, each having separate rooms in the hotel.
The hotel is located in a bustling area with good light bite options during happy hour, perfect for families and tourists looking to be near shopping, food, and public transport. The rooms offer views of the lake and come with high-end amenities, but maintenance issues like a running toilet may affect the overall experience. The service is top-notch with professional staff in all areas from check-in to concierge services. Dining at Nomi restaurant offers a mix of sushi and traditional items, though there may be room for improvement on certain days. Overall, a glitzy and Manhattanish vibe awaits guests at this kid-friendly hotel with a prime location and memorable dining experiences.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were luxurious and quiet, with a large window seat offering breathtaking views of the Water Tower and the Sears Tower. The price was also a few hundred dollars cheaper than its neighboring hotel. The service was top-notch, with a very friendly and accommodating staff offering excellent assistance, including finding tickets to exclusive events and satisfying late-night cravings for banana cream pie. The location was perfect, close to shopping, dining, and the L train, making it ideal for both work and leisure. The dining experience was memorable, especially the sushi and traditional dishes at Nomi restaurant on the 7th floor. Overall, a delightful and comfortable experience.
